Told we had breakfast included as we checked in, only to be told by the restaurant it wasn’t and it would be an additional €30 each, per day! The main restaurant also has hardly any food options, and the random meals such as beef cheek or pasta were incredibly over priced (in my opinion). Other than this, the staff were super friendly, rooms and hotel was always clean, nice little gym on the top floor and the mini bar was included which was a nice touch!

I booked the panorama king room for 3 nights following a pleasant stay at the Salzburg Hyperion Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the breakfast offers a good selection. Tram number 19 is located just up the road from the hotel so it is simple to get in and out of the city. There was a huge suspect stain on the bedroom floor and the quality of toilet paper was poor.

I enjoyed a lot my stay! The fitness center was really wonderful!! My best gym experience in a hotel so far... The neighborhood was also quiet and a great place for me to work remotely between two business events. The view was nice and the room quite comfortable. Would have been great to have body lotion and hair conditionner in the room. If not, would also have been nice to have the minibar (especially coffee) replenished daily. There is a convenience store very nearby however.

Asked to do a Room Service cleaning while been gone from 10am till 7:30pm and wasnt done, when came back asked the Front desk for fresh towels at least, again 20min later the service came with 2 mini soap's/conditioner ...I asked for fresh towels...again 1 hour nearly passed went directly to front desk personally and asked for fresh towels at least that was arrange after 5 min finally. Service very disappointing, executives lounge no food/no snack after 7pm.

Nice location. Wonderful breakfast Only negatives: room was very warm, even with ac running.. . Our room had a nice view but it was too hot to have the window shades open
