This is NOT a hotel. It is more like a hostel but worse. First room smelled like urine and was moved to the next room. Next room had these weird carpet stains and dust bunnies in every corner. Not to mention all the rooms are very dark and dark paint chipping on walls and ceilings⊠most likely painted to hide stains and other unsanitary situations. Didnât even want to take our shoes off. Would not give us a refund and offered another roomâŠ. Iâve seen the standards of their rooms at this point, so we just left and booked an actual hotel. I have never walked out on a hotel in my life!!! When we exited the room, some of the staff were gathered around the hallway whispering at us and staring. I never complain about hotels but this was THE MOST atrocious experience Iâve ever had. Save yourself and book another hotel.
