Either the hotel doesn’t use air conditioners or their air conditioners were not working. I traveled with a group and all our rooms were extremely warm through our sray.

Horrible and sweaty experience
First off the hotel did not have internet the day we arrived, they blamed it on a power outage, but the second day the internet was very slow. The worse part was the air conditioning. I complained from the moment we received the room but they did not fix the issue. Our room temperature was always between 26.5-27 degress Celsius (or about 78-79 degress F) and they told us that the temperature was the same for everyone and that they do not follow USA parameters where we want our rooms freezing per their interpretation. We could not sleep the two nights since at 79 degrees we could not stop from sweating. I also wanted them to reimburse me for the second night of stay so i could go elsewhere and they told me they did not have the authority to do so unless the manager agreed (who by the way never arrived to give approval). Would never stay here again.

Our stay was satisfactory for 2 nights, but cleanliness could be improved significantly. This is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but was more comparable to a 2 star hotel.

Would have been great if they hadn’t decided to save money on electricity by not having effective AC. I set it to 16C but it never got that low, and so I hardly slept all night. And this is not because I couldn’t operate it.

Very good value for the money
Easy parking, convenient location while not right in the busiest area, nice breakfast, small but very clean gym and sauna. Checkout was a bit unorganized, I was second in line at the front desk but somehow they managed to serve 4 people before me, I felt a bit invisible. Nevertheless, I would stay here again, the overall experience was good.
