I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Oktoberfest and service was excellent. I received a late check out via my expedia VIP status and was surprised since it was the high season. The breakfast was excellent and everything was in walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious. Great stay!

Very easy check in. The property is walkable to museums ,restaurants and the platz. Only problem was parking. There is no on site parking. I was told there is parking off site for $25. But when we arrived i was told there is no parking available we had to find a parking garage for $45 dollars a day.

Great location. They said they had onsite parking for 25 euros but when we arrived their “elevator “ was broke I was told and we could not park there. The lady at reception sent us to a parking garage a few blocks away that cost 40 euros!!! They did not pay for the difference. Nor did she give us a map or directions to the parking garage. Room was just ok. Would not stay here again due to the parking
