Great little budget hotel near the main train station and close to downtown! Breakfast was great, reception friendly! The only downside is that the hotel does bot have air conditioning and I could not sleep at all the first night. So keep that in mind if you travel in the hot summer. Fan is not much of relief.

Location was close to transit, but looks like it’s in an “inner city” neighbourhood. If you are expecting air-conditioning and a fridge in a standard room, you will be disappointed. You have an electric fan to survive the summer weather.Though their website says what amenities are included in your room, when the weather is too hot, it is hard to fall asleep ( one thing to consider when booking your room). The staff are pleasant and helpful and it made our stay a rather pleasant one.

Property obscure and hard to find on a crowded busy street. Hallway carpets and walls dirty and stained. The garage is very small and requires good maneuvering in a small space. The rooms were surprisingly good.

This hotel was easy walking distance to the train station (as well as S & U stations) and also easy walking to attractions like the Marienplatz. We found a playground close by that our 6 year old loved. The room itself was quite small and did not have the most clean feel. We appreciated that they left a fan in the room during the hot weather, but the fan looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay for a couple of nights in Munich.

The hotel was a nice European hotel. The area was ok, never felt unsafe during the day, but didn’t go out at night. There was a gentleman’s club on the street and the clientele I wouldn’t trust it at night. It was very noisy at night since there is no AC and the windows were open. Staff were great.

Nice hotel with good facilities. We didn’t have the breakfast so cannot comment. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy and lots of gentlemen’s clubs, gambling and strip bars.

The hotel is in an excellent central location, a 10 minute walk from the main train station and walking distance to the Marienplatz area. It is to be noted that the hotel does not have AC. It was noticable during my summertime stay. The beds were also relatively comfortable, but the pillows were flat/non supportive. Overall, a solid place for a 3 day stay.

Good location, breakfast adequate. Rather noisy though. The heavy doors on the rooms bang shut and shake the whole floor. Also, as there is no a/c the windows need to be open and there’s quite a lot of noise coming from the courtyard.

The hotel was clean and close to old town. Lots to do in the area. The breakfast buffet was good. The only downside is the parking garage only accommodates small cars, but there is another garage across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.
