Good location close to Munich train station. It was an easy walk to the town centre. Room was clean, good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Friendly and informative staff at front desk.

Ehhh…
The safe in my room didn’t work, the common spaces had no airflow and were quite hot, the elevator was exceptionally slow. In spite of reserving an upgraded room, I was placed next to said elevator and heard it while sleeping. The room had no view. The service was minimal at best, in spite of requests. Could be summer time so shortness of staff. The breakfast offered quite a bit, and was tasty! Best part, and the bed was very comfortable.

If you need somewhere to stay then this is your place. The hotel is in excellent condition. Very tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room with large tv,power shower and chairs to relax in. Very quiet room with air con. Breakfast is outstanding. They even make a ‘grab and go’ bag for breakfast if you have to leave early. All staff were helpful,friendly and willing to help. Easy walk to old town or get in a tram or metro close to the railway station. The best hotel in town

Entering the hotel there was real candles, fresh flowers & SECURE wifi. The staff was tremendous friendly, & breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the breakfast buffet. I would definitely go back to that hotel

We had a wonderful 4 days. The staff were very nice and assisted me in figuring out the transport system in city. We were in walking distance of Marienplatz and train station which was very good. It was a bit warm in the night so you need to open the window. Other than that it was a great experience! Would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Self Serve Options Offer Privacy & Independence
Located conveniently close to Munich HBF. Some interesting features, including self-serve coffee, tea and water stations, vending machines for snacks and self-serve room supply trollies in lieu of daily room servicing. We enjoyed the additional privacy of maintaining our own room during our 3 night stay and making a bed and gathering our own clean towels was no hardship! Our room offered enough space for a couple, a comfortable bed, individually controlled AC, a mini fridge and the option of both a rainfall shower head and a hand held shower head. There were some steps to negotiate within the property but they were easily navigated.
