Nice new hotel and the rooms are very nice. Our only issue was with the temperature in the room. It was HOT all the time and I mean it felt like 28 degrees plus. We opened the window all night and day to keep the temp down. Hotel staff seemed unsure how to improve this.

Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel als nicht sehr sauber , Meine Badtür klemmte und ging nicht richtig auf , Eingangstür lief nicht richtig ins Schloss, man musste aufpassen das die Tür nicht offen blieb, der Boden im Speisesaal war schmutzig und hätte öfter gereinigt werden müssen, der gesamte Eindruck war nicht ansprechend, es stand überall irgend etwas rum, Saunanutzung mit Zusatzkosten stand so nicht in der Anzeige , die Zeitungen war alt, auch das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, heißgetränk nur übers Personal war sehr nervig,

Top Hotel im Westen München. Sehr modern und stylisch, sehr sauber. Preis für München Top. Frühstück 15 Euro. Parkplätze vorhanden. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption, dass das Bad nicht geputzt und der Mülleimer nicht geleert wurde, interessierte das wohl niemanden. Eigentlich wollte der Herr an der Rezeption sich gleich darum kümmern, aber leider hat er es nicht getan. Als ich abends zurück kam, war der Mülleimer immer noch voll und das WC nicht geputzt . Sehr sehr schlechter Service und ein absolutes NO GO in dieser Kategorie.

Great hotel with all the comfort you need and the staff is just so nice and friendly. Breakfast also very good. I’ll stay again next time I’m in Freiham.

Heerlijk Hotel in München-West
Heerlijk hotel in München-West. Fijne, ruime kamer, compleet uitgerust. Goed restaurant in het hotel, Italiaans. Er is een parkeergarage, maar de inrit is erg krap en lastig in- en uit te rijden. Ligt aan een vrij drukke straat overdag, maar 's-avonds is het rustig. Vanuit het hotel ben je snel op de uitvalswegen
