Amazing location- very walkable. Super clean and nice rooms. Amazing service!!! Staff are super nice and accomodating. You do hear some noise from other rooms and i wished there was a gym, but overall, its a fantatic hotel. Would definitely stay again just because the service was so good.

Great location, close to transportation and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Rooms were a good size. Was a little warm in the room but we were able to open the window. I would stay again.

We stayed at the hotel September 2024 for Oktoberfest. I read review about rooms being a bit hot, but honestly they weren’t that hot. We cracked a window and it was fine. Everyone and I mean everyone at this property were fantastic. Especially the bartender at the restaurant (he also checked us in) he was the absolute best and made our stay even better! Merci to him!

It was quite pricey but overall a good place to stay in Munich. Wished the record player had worked, asked for help but were told to wait until morning, sort of defeats the purpose of a boutique hotel themed around music to not be able to use this feature.

Hotel bar disturbed our sleep

I had a room that was directly above the bar. On Friday and Saturday nights, they have loud music playing. The receptionist said a law in Germany requires all bars to turn down the music at 10:00 but it didn’t matter. We could hear people and music very late. It disturbed me, my parents next door, and also my sister on a different floor. Also, the showers in all three rooms leaked a lot of water all over the floor. There was a puddle of standing water at least a foot long outside the shower. This wouldn't be much of a problem in a regular bathroom but the shower is right next to the bed and it got my suitcase wet.

No AC, too hot, noisy and WiFi doesn’t work

Cute hotel with lovely staff and great location. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel due to the misrepresentation of their listing, and the fact that I barely slept during the 5 nights I stayed here. No A/C! For me this is a necessity in the summer. However, there were not even air vents in the room. The windows only opened a little and the street outside is very noisy with construction and unloading of crates of bottles early every morning. I spoke with the manager, he told me “some of the rooms have AC” and brought me a fan, but that was after 3 days of reporting it to the front desk - who of course know there is no AC and can’t help. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Very unstable connection with <1.5 Mbps and a ping time of >500 ms! I reported to the front desk the first day and they told me they are having problems, yet these were never resolved during my 5 night stay. I have to work late into the evening, so this was a major problem. Even the WiFi in the public areas was slow and unstable. There are so many things I loved about this hotel but i wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone needing AC or fast WiFi. The manager did offer me free drinks from the bar, but I wasn’t here to drink, I was here to sleep and work, and this hotel did not deliver what they promised in their listing.
