The property and staff were generally very good. The property was clean tidy, there was complimentary tea, coffe and water in the foyer area. The staff were friendly helpful and polite. They added greatly to the quality of our stay. The breakfasts were outstanding, and there was an area to sut and chill, inside and outside. Overall an excellent stay

The hotel, staff and location all were very good! The shower area was abit tight but quite functional. The breakfast was very good ! The area around the hotel seemed abit sketchy at times but the staff couldn’t do anything about that !! All in all a very good place to stay and certainly would consider staying here again !

Great place to stay within easy walking distance to the old city centre. Staff were really helpful, and the room was very comfortable, with a particularly efficient shower. Breakfast had plenty on offer to suit all tastes, and free coffee and tea in the lobby was most welcome. There is also a lovely courtyard with a pod to sit in bad weather. A perfect, comforting place to relax. If you don't want maid service every day, you can put a bag on the door and be rewarded with a 10 Euro voucher to spend in the lobby/bar. All in all, we couldn't fault it and would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable and friendly abode in the wonderful city of Munich.

Close to the Munich hpt train station and old town

A very small room and no acknowledgment of being a Premium status. That said, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the shower had good water pressure. I slept very well.

Staff were absolutely lovely, room was very comfortable, and breakfast was top-notch. I accidentally dropped my necklace into a hole in the nightstand and could not fish it out without removing the fridge. I told this to the understanding staff, and after coming back that evening they had retrieved it, for me, free of charge! Very wonderful service for the price you pay and would absolutely come back again!
