Beautiful hotel centrally located and close to train station. The room was a decent size- the bathroom not so much but it worked. I like the option of forgoing room service and getting a free drink at the bar. The little Donor shop across the street has really good food. Would definitely stay here again.

A very convenient location. The staff are excellent and it's clean and well maintained. The €10 credit voucher should you not require room service is a nice touch. I enjoyed the best Margherita pizza I've ever tasted on my first evening. Downsides: The WiFi is patchy and cuts out from time to time and if you're in a room to the front of the property it is very noisy with a couple of late night establishments alongside the regular teams rattling throughout the night. Provided these aren't problems for you, I think you'd struggle to get better value that this place.

Great hotel in a great location! Check in was simple. The employees spoke decent English and were very helpful. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the Marienplatz entrance. Shower was a little tight but that's common in Europe. Nice breakfast. Would definitely book again.

If you are staying on the street side the noise from the trams are terrible. So loud! Almost vibrating. We brought it to their attention and they said yes you’re on a Main Street. No offer to change our room. Staff was just okay. Not accommodating. We arrived early but they said we couldn’t check in until 1;30 which was a bit earlier than the 3 pm time but it wasn’t a busy season and I’m sure they had other rooms they could have offered.

Good sized room & ensuite. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good selection for breakfast of both hot and cold food. Very handy for walking into the old town or for transport round and about Munich. Loads of eating places close by, of all nationalities and price levels. Downside - we were on the front so we had to put up with the noise of the trams (we live in a quiet road) but we soon got used to it. Slightly odd that by not having your room cleaned - you got a voucher to use for a snack or drink but the water in the room wasn't topped up so if you wanted some more water you had to use your voucher for it.
