We didn't realize it when we booked the hotel, however it was right by the metro so it was easy for us to get to and make our way around munich. At check in and throughout our stay the staff was great, the room qas spacious and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We have stayed before, but in the past year the condition had gone down. The air conditioner didnt really work. Although we asked to have it checked, the room was hot and humid. Also, the bathroom had a bit of mold on the shower. Very good access to the UBahn.

I stayed here a few times before, about 20 years ago. The hotel has remained pleasant, with updates to the furniture and lobby, of course. Rooms were clean, service was good, and the tiny late night bar is pleasant for a quick beer with friends.

Return Visit

This was my second visit to this hotel due to my previous experience and this year certainly lived up to expectations. My room was located at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden which was a nice view in the mornings. The room was spacious with ample storage, had comfortable furnishings and was kept in top condition by the housekeeping staff. All the staff from reception to housekeeping were polite, friendly and thoroughly professional. A special mention to the breakfast staff who were kept busy but despite this were always polite and friendly and ensured there was always enough food available. This hotel is situated just a short underground or bus trip from the city centre and public transport is literally right on the doorstep.
