Great property, close to train station. Super easy to get downtown or to the airport. Like most places in Germany there's no air conditioning so maybe not a place to visit during hot times. Great breakfast and restaurant team. Staff very helpful.

Very nice room, modern facilities and well decorated, beds were very comfortable after a long day. Hotel itself was very nicely decorated and staff were extremely helpful and social.

The property was in a nice area and the furnishes were nice and comfortable. The problem is my room was very small and compact - very uncomfortable (on the 3rd floor as the rooftop blocked much of the space). Furthermore, there's no elevator! I had to walk back and forth 3 floors with my luggage! Of course, no one from the staff offered any help. I think that if you own a hotel with no elevator, it is reasonable to employ a bellboy. Finally, the room was not clean enough, as there was dust on the shelves.

Reim hotel and restaurant
Great stay (although very short) in this hotel within a short walk of the S-Bahn and bus stop to Munich Messe. Wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant with great service. Highly recommend.

We like the authentic German feel of the hotel, but the room was not properly clean upon our arrival. We requested our room be cleaned while we were out, yet no one cleaned the room nor provide clean towels.

The room had no electricity and part of it we have to call somebody to turn it on and the next day we had the same problem so we couldn't blow dry our hair. The score would have been perfect but on the last day the guy receptionist said we had to pay for a breakfast because we got in early on the first day and the receptionist on that day said we could help ourselves. I don't think it's fair that we had to pay when we weren't told we would have to, plus we didn't get to have breakfast on the last day so it felt like it should just go to that. I wish the shower and sheets were bigger and the bed a bit softer. Oh, and it would of been nice if the youtube/netflix button worked on the tv.

We only stay for a couple hours to sleep before going to the airport, was a pleasant night. They work around the check out time with us because we had to leave earlier and the office was close, that was really helpful.

Breakfast was outstanding and the room was fine. No complaints and when I review I take into account the price of the room. This stay was excellent for the price paid. I was there the night before Octoberfest and all hotels were full. The location was close to the S and U Bahns so I could explore Munich without a car. Staff was friendly and helpful.
