Excellent hotel to stay at if you Oktoberfest! Very friendly staff, clean room, and super quiet! The hotel piano bar is a great spot to wind down after a day of exploring the city. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the Oktoberfest grounds and less than 20 from the old town city square.

Everything was lovely. I had booked 3 rooms for a family vacation to Oktoberfest, although the weather was a little chilly, a fun timexx vs was had by all!

For the most part the property was great and staff helpful. The one low point on this trip was my temporary mobility challenges - I cannot walk and have a knee scooter to assist with mobility. We had spent time in the lobby bar multiple nights and the last night I was there, one employee in particular decided that scooters were not allowed. Despite the multiple times I tried to explain I had a broken leg he was not having it. I went back to the table with my wife in disgust at his approach to the issue where he followed me back continuing to berate me in Serbian. I tried english, spanish and I don't speak German - his response, Serbian. I finally said to bring a manager and he disappeared. Rude, weird, and frankly - unacceptable when someone cannot walk.

The hotel itself is nice. It is very close to the train station, so expect a lot of traffic of all varieties, but it is convenient to many sites.

Staff was unpleasant, when we checked in they made a huge deal like they are doing us a huge favor by checking us in early but than charged for a 1.5 hr early check in. There is a strip club right next to the hotel, there are escorts that stand right in front. Walking in the evening is very scary and unsafe, we had people walking up behind us asking for things. The inside is “ok” but does not make up for the outside or the staff.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel convenient for station, only 5 minutes walk. Trams close by. Hotel room cleaned every day. No English TV channels in room only downside.

Reasonable cost hotel next to main station

I was in Munich for a football match. Two nights at the hotel. Early checking was ok. Room was clean. Basic stuff but fine. TV wasn’t so good, but we weren’t there to watch that. Not a bad location - next to main station. Pool is disappointing. Up on 6th floor. No steam room. Would we stay again? It’s a Yes. All ok.
