The hotel was OK. Clean, small rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. They let us keep our stuff at the hotel before the check in and after the check-out. All perfectly safe. Not the prettiest and not the fanciest ober all but you get what you pay for. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre of Munich, and there's a lot to eat around. Would return.

Adequate hotel, offering basic accommodation and very good customer service, all the staff i met were very helpful. As it was Oktobetfest the prices were high, possibly too high

The location was great as we went for Oktoberfest so it was only a 15 minute tram ride, and the tram station is right outside the building. The bathrooms are outdated, very small shower with curtains. Shower head did not come off the holder and it was very low, so hard to shower. There was a small spider in the room as well and dust in some areas.

Hotel was quite nice and staff were helpful, but if you’ve got a car bigger than a smart car you’ll struggle with parking, it is really tight

Outdated but Comfortable
First impressions was that it was in need of an update. I booked here for 2 nights based on its proximity to the stadium for the gig I was going to. I arrived ahead of check-in time and they got me into the room no problem as I needed to take a work call. The chair for the desk was threadbare and uncomfortable for longer than 5mins. The room was small but I didn't need anything bigger for just me. The bed was comfortable - I had a great night's sleep! The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room we had on the first night was old and needed to refurbished , we asked for another room and they moved us the second night to a refurbished room that was beautifully done . Only complaint was as it was warm and with it being on the street frontage it was a bit noisy with the window open but we still got enough sleep

Not the best choice
My reservation couldn't be found at reservation, but the receptionist was very helpful and finally found it after pulling some tricks in their it system. The hotel is not very clean and you expect a higher standard för 114 euro per night in a non central location. But the staff are very helpful and wonderful. The hotel gets a 2 and the staff a 5.

This was a very last minute stay, and was chosen for it's close proximity to the train station and affordability. For this reason, obviously it is not going to be a 5 star experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and reasonably sized. The building is just very old. The red carpet throughout the room had definitely seen better days. Overall, it was a good place to stay in a pinch.

I would pay more for a better hotel.
The area around the hotel is average. I was quite surprised to find a twin bed with two separate small comforters. I was equally surprised to find the shower in the common area of the bathroom. The thought of the water washing away from around the toilet while I showered was very unsettling.
