Lovely location that was easy to access via public transportation and a short walk to Old Town. Beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed, great shower, and overall wonderful experience.

The bathroom in the hotel was very small and the shower leaked water from underneath the shower door. It was obvious that that had been an issue because the flooring showed some water damage. The front desk employee at check in was rude, but the other employees were good.

No ramp at entrance and no one take your bags up or downstairs. Gym condition and sauna very tight. Reception and lobby for jostle or 2 stars hotel. Tv is not smart.

All given for a perfect stay in Munich

All employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nice decoration, with complimentary coffee station, capsules and water. All really clean, even a small balcony. Room was quiet, hotel location very good. We do recommend this place for a trip to Munich!

The New Orly was a short distances away from my relatives in München, which was very convenient. It was very easy to get into the city from there. The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly, especially in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding!
