Terrible ..very disappointing
Worst place i ever stayed.Very dirty and dusty - desk top, telephone wire has inch thick of dust. I have to wipe several times before putting my stuff on top the desk. TV not working, dirty bath tub....very very disappointed. The picture of the room on the web is deceiving...room condition is bad, wall has hole with wire hanging out, room is dark and stale. Noisy during mid night and early morning:( :( :( :( :(

As we arrive everything was ok but in the evening when we arrived back to take a shower there where no hot water in that coldest weather as we tell the reception she told us that they are coming after 10 mins to see the problem and no one came we were very very angry ever the bath room was very dirty

I stayed for 6 nights 1 st night there is no internet connection and that was on Saturday when I asked they said not mot before Monday the connection was established on Sunday night and i can not use it to slow and nothing works on it even the phone calls. When i asked to clean the room i asked 3 times in one day and no one came to do it. Secand day i requested the same the reception informed that they already informed the staff but they don’t have upper hand and they can not do more than that !!!! I was surprised from the answer is that normal !! The pic in Expedia not really the same i was shocked from the hotel level.

For the price we paid, the room was not too bad. The reception was helpful and kind to us for the most part. However, we encountered problems with our sink drains in our room not draining and backing up, as well with having essentially no WiFi for our whole stay. The neighborhood is also on the rougher side, so something to keep in mind.
