Very bad overall. First. They only send emails in german. Impossible to do online check-in in English. We don't feel welcomed. Email is not clear if we are on premium building or business building. They gave me room 143 and told me it was on 4th floor. It was not. Room is ugly and soulless. The pillows are too small and they only have 2. My key card stopped working. Had to ask reception to reactivate it. No dental kit, or any kit. All of that for only one night. Wouldn't come back

Abgenutzt und muffig

Was ich hervorheben möchte, ist, dass das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend ist. Das Hotel an sich ist aber nicht zu empfehlen. Alte, abgenutzte Zimmer und das Bad hat fürchterlich gestunken. Bettwäsche müsste mal erneuert werden.

4 am the phone in the room rings. 3 times, no one is on the other end of the phone. Someone then bangs the walls. Reception couldn't tell me who called but said it would of had to have been them. Breakfast was trash
