The room has issues , the padio doors don't close properly causing masquittos and flies to get inside. The AC in the living room is almost non exisitant causing the temperature to never get under 75C in the bedrooms ithe AC works well. They list it as a 3 star but id say its more of a 2 star. During the night we saw coachroaches or mayby they were palmetto bugs running across the floor, lots of ants too. The room is spacious and nice just need to adresse the padio doors and reduce the ants and bugs but then again we are in the Dominican so cant expect perfection.

Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

The bathroom was not working; every time you took a shower, water would go all over the bedroom, and the toilet clogged up. The food was bad.

My family of seven recently stayed at Lifestyle Resort, and it was one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. We traveled with my mother, two daughters, and three grandchildren, hoping for a special family vacation. From the beginning, the rooms were disappointing. They smelled strongly of dampness and mildew, sinks and fixtures were broken, there were leaks, and we even found a roach in one of the rooms. We requested room changes approximately FOUR times, and each room seemed to have another problem. Transportation around the resort was also stressful. To reach the buffet, beach, and other areas, we had to use crowded, loud shuttles where people were pushing and yelling. With three grandchildren, this was not relaxing or convenient. The food was another major disappointment. Buffet food was often lukewarm and tasted reheated, and the restaurants did not live up to what was advertised. Even basic requests were an issue—we asked for a Band-Aid and a straw and were told they had neither. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern from management. We repeatedly explained our problems, yet no one truly took ownership of the situation. This trip was meant to create beautiful family memories, but instead we spent too much time changing rooms and dealing with problems. I would not return and cannot recommend this resort.
