Mould in the kettle and hallways and stairs were very dirty. Facilities in general in pretty poor condition. Staff were friendly and did replace the kettle when we gave it to them.

The room was clean. Bedsheets smelled nice and fresh. Comfortable pillow.

Room 22, do not book
Shower drain blocked, 2 inch gap with shower door and no handle, door did not fit into the cavity properly. bathroom floor full of water, after a shower, needed linen laid down to not step onto flooded floors.
Rest of room substandard.
They should not take money off travellers, who just want a good shower and comfy bed and pillows.
Should get a refund, worst room I have ever booked.
