Standards stay high

This was my fourth visit. Amazing Team, from check in, housekeeping, breakfast, dinner and beach service all top notch. Everyone works together hand in hand almost like a big family. Very clean and excellent food quality. Will be back in 2 weeks. You can see management are doing their quality checks regularly.

Amazing stay at the Jumeriah Muscat Bay. The hotel itself is new and stunning, the location on the bay is jaw droppingly beautiful but to top it off, the service was exquisite. Good service can make or break a trip for me regardless of how nice the venue is. This hotel prides itself on service, and took great care in ensuring we were well looked after on our stay. In particular we would like to thank: Reem at the front desk for her kindness, for the room upgrade, for her care when I needed medical attention. Ahmed at the conceirge for helping us book our restaurant reservations. Pradeep and Pankaj at the Peridot for their impeccable manners and service. Arshemal at the Brezza restaurant for her wonderful service. Dr. Arselan for taking immediate care of me when I needed medical attention. Mohamed at the Pool for his professional and kind service. Vishal for cleaning our room every day. The quality of the food in the restaurants was wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfasts in particular. The whole start was perfect and we would go back to visit in a heartbeat. Thank you Jumeirah Muscat Bay!

Beautiful Setting, Disappointing Service

We stayed at the Jumeirah Muscat Bay Hotel for seven days to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel is well located, with convenient access to central Muscat and relatively close to the airport. It offers beautiful views of the beach and sea, and we appreciated that the beach was clean and there was always a sunbed available without any hassle. However, the main downside of our stay was the lack of accommodation for vegetarians. Despite informing the front desk of our strict dietary requirements (we were on a half-board plan), the dinner service did not meet expectations. Staff advised us to simply work around the buffet offerings, which was disappointing and made dining unnecessarily difficult. In contrast, our previous stay at the Anantara hotel in Oman offered a much higher level of service, particularly when it came to meeting dietary needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, while the setting and facilities at Jumeirah Muscat Bay were pleasant, the service—especially regarding dietary requirements—left much to be desired.

Quiet Luxury - we had a fantastic stay at the resort. The service was incredible and the pool area and spa facilities were also top notch. Location wise, it was also perfect and the bay was beautifully calm and well kept. The room was so spacious and felt well kept and brand new. Small touches throughout the day added to the general feeling of luxury, such as small amenities being given during turn downs or food and drinks being served at the pool and beach throughout the day. Room for improvement would only be two points - particularly on the comfort of the bed. Being on a babymoon, my wife found the mattress toppers uncomfortable. Food was very good overall however I do think it can be slightly improved to match the high class levels of the resort as a whole. Nothing of this takes away from the fact that we had an incredible stay and would not hesitate to return to this resort, it was an incredible overall experience.

We had the most amazing time! The hotel staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. They were so lovely with our daughter. The beach is the best we have experienced whilst staying at a hotel. Beautiful soft white sand and warm water. So relaxing by the pool. Delicious food and refreshing drinks. We really loved our stay and would definitely like to come back!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms, beach, pools, facilities are all very stunning. Beach is superb and great service from the staff. One downside is the outrageous inflated prices for drink and food. For a 5 star luxury resort the food is pretty basic if I’m being really honest. Onzo bar is great, superb sushi and worth the price. A beer at £12 (330 Ml) is way OTT
