The stay was absolutely amazing, staff are friendly and attentive. Our cleaner was so nice and went out of their way to make it a special birthday for my husband! I would highly recommend this hotel - the only downside (which is not of the hotel) is that you can only be taken by a Blue taxi which is very expensive 75% more than Otaxi in Oman, they were extremely hostile and rude when you tell them you just want a one way trip I did not like this.

This resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff especially WAQAS was amazing, he went above and beyond to get me the right room and had it set up nicely for me. I never felt so at home. The food was delicious. Jumeirah Muscat Bay really stole my heart and I cannot wait to go back! I loved my time there. Also the beach is soooo beautiful, soft sand, clean, warm water, this is a slice of heaven!

Staff were super attentive and helpful. Thank you to Muriel at Reception, Deepak and Edwin in the Premium Lounge and Rung at the Talise spa. Room was spacious and everything refilled every day. We've stayed at a few 5 star hotels, this is among the best.

We had a great time at this hotel! They have thought of everything! The checking to the turndown service and little gifts to the little snacks at the pool throughout the day such as ice cream and lemonade. Everything is so close the pool and beach were amazing and probably the best sea I've swam in! The dining options were limited and we would have preferred more options on the menu! It's also pretty pricey but luxury! Checkout was perfect and Sumnina was great! All the other staff were also super friendly and can't fault the attention to service in restaurants poolside and also room cleaning

Beautiful country and really nice convenient resort. The staff was Amazing, professional and very helpful! The only downside is that there was nothing much to do at night in the resort, but other than that if you want a peaceful relaxing place vacation. The local omani people were really hospitable and lovely! Will definitely visit again. We recommend the resort and the country!

This was my fourth visit. Amazing Team, from check in, housekeeping, breakfast, dinner and beach service all top notch. Everyone works together hand in hand almost like a big family. Amazing stay at the Jumeriah Muscat Bay. The hotel itself is new and stunning, the location on the bay is jaw droppingly beautiful but to top it off, the service was exquisite. Good service can make or break a trip for me regardless of how nice the venue is. This hotel prides itself on service, and took great care in ensuring we were well looked after on our stay. In particular we would like to thank: Reem at the front desk for her kindness, for the room upgrade, for her care when I needed medical attention. Ahmed at the conceirge for helping us book our restaurant reservations. Pradeep and Pankaj at the Peridot for their impeccable manners and service. Arshemal at the Brezza restaurant for her wonderful service. Dr. Arselan for taking immediate care of me when I needed medical attention. Mohamed at the Pool for his professional and kind service. Vishal for cleaning our room every day. The quality of the food in the restaurants was wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfasts in particular. Beautiful Setting, Disappointing Service

We stayed at the Jumeirah Muscat Bay Hotel for seven days to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel is well located, with convenient access to central Muscat and relatively close to the airport. It offers beautiful views of the beach and sea, and we appreciated that the beach was clean and there was always a sunbed available without any hassle. However, the main downside of our stay was the lack of accommodation for vegetarians. Despite informing the front desk of our strict dietary requirements (we were on a half-board plan), the dinner service did not meet expectations. Staff advised us to simply work around the buffet offerings, which was disappointing and made dining unnecessarily difficult. In contrast, our previous stay at the Anantara hotel in Oman offered a much higher level of service, particularly when it came to meeting dietary needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, while the setting and facilities at Jumeirah Muscat Bay were pleasant, the service—especially regarding dietary requirements—left much to be desired.
