Room is very spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient. There is a motel connected to the property and the guests at the motel took many of the available parking spaces for the hotel guests.

Definately not what I paid for!

I decided on this hotel because I didn't want an exterior door to my room, seeing I was traveling by myself. When I got there, the lady at the desk (who was rude and unapproachable) said my room was in "The Annex building". Not only did I end up with an exterior door, the parking lot was dimmly lit and secluded by trees. I did not feel safe at all! You could hear the people upstairs walking, they were not being loud, they were just walking! So, I got little sleep that night. On a positive note, the room was very clean and the bed was comforable. It just was not worth what I payed for, spending 65 more for safety reasons, only to end up feeling unsafe.

rooms was nice. The bath tub was smal and the floor was had curved sides making it difficult to stand up in. While the water pressure was good the shower head did not defuse the water well. Everything else was great.

Overall our stay was fine, I would probably stay again but I wasn’t aware that some of the rooms were exterior doors. I wasn’t mad but it wasn’t expected, it was convenient to get to our car. When we arrived our fridge was plugged in and ready for us, and had this strange smell. I tried calling the front desk and didn’t get an answer so I headed over, someone came to clean it and plug it in but we couldn’t use the fridge, microwave and tv at the same time due to location which was fine. It’s in a good area, but I felt as a bother when I was concerned about the fridge and the smell at first but once it was resolved everything was fine!

Plumbing was very poor in bathroom sink. Very slow draining. Room was dirty, bathroom floor had hair and wraps on floor, carpet was dirty. The beds were great, very comfortable and clean.

Everything was awesome. The guy at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We got one of the rooms in one of the separate buildings and it was very spacious and clean. I will definitely be staying there again.

Smelly Room, uncomfortable bed

When we first got there, we were put into an older part of the hotel that smelled terrible and appeared unsafe. We called the front desk, asked for another room and told her they could not provide another room for us. However, we asked her to come to the room and smell the room once she did she then was able to find us another room. I would recommend if you are booking a room through this hotel that you asked not to stay in the old part of the hotel
