Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. There was an extremely intoxicated guest across from us being very loud. We tried to handle ourselves in a cordial manner but when other guest was still being noisy, we called front desk. Someone came up and handled immediately and we were able to sleep in peace and quiet. Very appreciative of their help!

Skip this BW on your next stay in Tahlequah
Not too impressed with this property. I travel a lot for work and vacations,have stayed at many Best Westerns around the world. This will likely be my only stay here, even though my son will be in school here for 4 years Shower fixture was hanging off the shower wall, carpet was dirty in room and halls. The bath towels were so thin and scratchy after the first day we purchased our own at Walmart. Front desk staff was generally friendly, though my request to come look at the shower fixture was not addressed. A/C did not work well, room was always hot - the outside temp was high during our stay, but we kept the A/C running and it never cooled the room. Location was good, near the NSU campus (though not walking distance) with restaurants nearby.

Property is in a good location as you enter Tahlequah from the west, and close to food and shopping. Its not walkable to downtown or NSU, but we didn't expect that as we are familiar with the town. The HVAC is an old school motel style under the window floor unit. And it smelled musty. Otherwise the room was clean. We didn't try the breakfast or pool so can't comment.

Property was in a strange location, a parking lot. There’s a huge hole in the pavement right as you begin to leave or enter their parking lot. First day there was no hot water. The bathroom on the ground level was out of order from the time we got there to the time we left. I thought the price was a bit much, until I heard about the Tru hotel just up the road. There was a problem with my reservations, however the manager/clerk took care of that, but not at first! You can hear the traffic from the highway on the frontside of building.

Not the best night sleep
Rooms were surface clean but not well maintained. Rooms had old carpet, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the hallway on the ground floor had carpet and every so often you would step into a spot where it dipped down (like the concrete underneath had a hole) The door wouldnt lock tight. Parking is very tight. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear the people above you walking and the we heard the people next to ours talking all night. The breakfast was a good standard breakfast. We tried this hotel 2 times now because it is cheaper then the others. Wont do it a 3rd time, not even to save a few dollars

Paint chipping from ceiling in bathroom. Shower head and pipe loose at wall. Closet mirrored door extremity hard to open/close. No room service during two day stay. Had to request towels the second day.
