This property is shut down permanently. They are still accepting reservations and the business does not exist. We showed up after driving 12 hours and the parking lot had weeds grown over and the whole place was locked down. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hotel is permanently closed! It closed over 3 months ago!!! We were never notified of this, we showed up for our reservation only to find it closed and abandoned. This is unacceptable from anyone but ever more so from a large chain hotel company!!!

Hotel is closed but still taking reservations

Had a confirmed reservation. Showed up day of my stay to a closed hotel - lights are off, doors are locked, not a car in the parking lot. Tried calling the hotel, no answer. Called corporate, they confirmed my resetvation but were equally confused that the hotel was closed. Had to find alternative arrangements at a different hotel down the road last minute. Clerk at the other hotel says its been closed for three months. No one from either Hotels.com or Best Western had reached out to inform me of this. I had to find out by driving 5 hours to a closed facility.

Didn’t get to stay, called me less than an hour before stay and said a water main burst. Asked attendant if she had to call about any other cancellations, to which she responded no. So some how only my room was affected by “water damage”

rooms just fine for overnight stay staff not overly friendly but not unfriendly strange thing they parked their cars under the entry cover so we had to park and walk back to the main entry very different no breakfast until after 7 am and not a real breakfast like you expect

I had pour WiFi on an unsecured network that got hacked and I’m having issues recovering. When I spoke to the front desk they acted as though I was doing something incorrect. All but one desk attendant seemed as tho they were avoiding customers or smoking, it was the most inconvenient study I’ve had in a while.

NEVER STAYING AGAIN

Ice machines on floors broken - Laundry Broken- had to pay $12 for hotel staff to wash 1 load - they cahrged me $250. for 10 stained towels. (child got sick vomited ) walked into room 2 minutes later , son sat on end of bed towards TV the entire BED FRAME BROKE - wood pc broke from frame. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!
