Room appeared clean, but I was first placed in the room right next to the front office and I heard everything in the front office. I asked to switch rooms they did so without hesitation, but the new room smelled of dog. The walls are super thin, I heard people talking next door, and outside. They were doing some kind of renovation behind my room and was scraping the wall behind the bathroom. You get what you pay for with this hotel room.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep—it was very quiet at night. I was able to park my semi truck right in front of my room, which made everything very convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and you don’t have to walk far, which is great for anyone who doesn’t want to climb stairs, especially older guests. The location is excellent—surrounded by hotels and motels in the Muskogee, Oklahoma area and close to many restaurants like Olive Garden, Whataburger, and Starbucks. They also mentioned that Texas Roadhouse will be opening soon right next door. I highly recommend this place to all OTR drivers and travelers.

Budget Inn Muskogee, Oklahoma, is conveniently located near Olive Garden, Whataburger, Starbucks, Walmart, and many other popular chain restaurants, hotels, and motels in the Muskogee area. Parking was available right in front of our room, which was especially helpful for my older parent, as they didn’t have to walk long distances through hallways. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it was quiet at night. If you’re looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay in the Muskogee, Oklahoma area, I highly recommend this motel.
