Breakfast 1 day was empty and less than enthusiastic employee didn't seem to care. Also, pet fee was $75 not the $50 stated on Expedia. Housekeeping never cleaned our room in a 2 day stay and we had to flag them down to get clean towels. Disappointing!

Pet fee is 3x more expensive than any other hotel and they refused to put us on the ground floor, which is what every other hotel does. Elevator and hallways are filthy and elevator does not have proper certification displayed anywhere. Front staff was rude and dismissive. Especially Hailey. Any future travelers should stay far away.
