Our ferry was canceled to Mykonos due to high winds, and we were unable to make it there. We released our rooms in case someone else was stranded and needed a room, but they would not refund us. We didn’t cost them anything: we didn’t use resources, we didn’t dirty a room, we didn’t use towels, etc., but they still kept all our money we prepaid and would not even consider a partial refund. Awful customer service.

Great hotel

The Staff were great they helped us stay another night when our ferry was cancelled. The bartenders by the pool were nice. The restaurant on site had a lot of options. Just a heads up there are a bunch of steep stairs leading to the beach and clubs/restaurant. The restaurant Paraj down on the beach was good and they have day beds on the beach to relax. Overall we liked our stay.

It has the beautiful view, the location was away from the crowd, our only complaint was the music from the beaxh club was very loud from 4:30pm. But in the evening, it quiets down. The beach was just steps below. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent!

This property was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the resort staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. It has direct access to the beach club below and had every amenity on property that one could need. The distance from the downtown is a bit far so requires a cab ride both ways. But, this just added to the secluded, relaxed vibe of the resort and a small price for its beauty. I’d highly recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay at Super Paradise Hotel. The hotel was clean, and the views were spectacular. It was also very conveniently located next to Super Paradise Beach Club, which we enjoyed. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and was able to help us check in early. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Nestled in the cliffs surrounded by a cove, Super Paradise is just that A SUPER PARADISE! Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The beds were comfortable!!! The breakfast delicious! The restaurant Great! And the Music BOMB! The beach is pristine! We are definitely revisiting the property!

The guest services was amazing from check-in. Requested late check out due to a late flight, there was a fee but they were able to help out. Room was cleaned daily, awesome ladies! Breakfast was included in package and was great. There were a variety of food to choose from. On-site club and restaurants were amazing. Dinner at a discounted rate on-site. Shuttle to downtown Mykonos available every hour. Other shuttle services were available. Overall awesome stay. Will recommend to friends and family!!The guest services was amazing from check-in.
