Very helpful location for the major regional and interstate railway system of Victoria = 'Southern Cross Station.

The apartment was the perfect size for 3 adults and it was a lovely surprise with the addition of an ensuite, which wasn’t mentioned in the apartment description when we booked.

Clean room and shops nearby

Nice apartment and well equipped. But note that the 2nd bedroom has no window or a/c. I had to leave bedroom door opened during sleep. Great location. Easy to take tram.

Very sustainable hotel with fine details to recycling and use of recyclable material. Breakfast is awesome at the restaurant. Prices are on higher side but worth the experience.

We had no hot water for about 1 1/2 days so that wasn't fun considering it was winter and cold! Bed wasnt as comfortable as I am used to but otherwise clean and useable kitchen facilities. Pool and gym were great

The staff are rude not very accomadating they dont answer the phone waited 20+mins for the lift at times you have to vaccumm the entire apartment take the rubbish out and strip the beds before departure the wifi doesnt work at all the room had a wet carpet oddor The doors are rediculously heavy so hard to get luggage in to room
