The only issue we had with a very late check in was the room had no bedding or shower curtain but when mentioned to staff they quickly gave us all the missing items.

Last minute Myrtle Beach trip.
Upon entering the property, the staff was very friendly. They also had a great senses of humor. They answered all my questions before having to ask them. In the room was amazing. I love they're not being carpet on the floor. I always come in and clean the room I'm in. When I did, no dirt came up on the disinfectant wipes. Steam mop, didn't show any dirt on the floors either. I would gladly return to this location.

I was on the 9th floor the water pressure in the shower was horrible and very little hot water. Had to take cold showers. Other than that the staff were great the rooms are clean. My room didnt have a telephone was told they were renovating and some rooms hadnt gotten phones yet. Back of tv remote was missing no surprise.
