It was our first time together in Myrtle beach. Our room was great. Every day we woke up to a view of the ocean. Housekeeping did a good job keeping us in coffee and clean towels every day. You can walk to restaurants and shops. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back.

This place was ok only because it had zero bugs! Everything in the room was wore out or not working. The garbage disposal did not work and leaked nasty water in pan under it. The tv remote didn't work right. We had no wash rags and only one 5"pan to cook in that was scratched to pieces. No extra blankets.it just wasn't much. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The air conditioning in my room never worked for my booked trip, I reported the malfunction and nothing happened about it. This is totally unacceptable and not planning on recommending the property or staying there again.

Have stayed here a few times before, always reliable and pleasant. Checked in quickly and easy. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Had a problem with the room beyond the hotel's control, so they had us move to another room very quick and easy. Ocean front view very nice. Front desk very helpful. Pool area busy but clean. Inside hotel fairly busy and about as clean as could be expected. Outside property area needs help, a bit worn and dirty. Late summer at the beach i get it but trash around the property leaves an impression. This hotel is not new but considering that it's condition and wear and tear above average for Myrtle Beach. The hotel is really nicely located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just a short walk away from most of the fun things and a short drive away from North Myrtle, Broadway, ect.

The condo was very nice. I had city view so it was noisy. There were pest in the room and I had to spray all luggage down with bug spray. The parking was very inconvenient as Bayview now shares a parking deck with another hotel. I was only given one parking pass for two cars during my stay. Overall my family enjoyed the beach getaway and we met awesome people during our stay.
