The property was fine. It is split in separate buildings. Parking is not so ideal but not horrible. Staff was awesome and checked twice a day for housekeeping one day. The room was dated which was fine with our family. If you want everything perfect and up to date and top notch then no this is not it but if you want a deal and are ok with average and dated then this was fine. The stove did not get hot enough to boil water but the microwave and fridge were fine.

First encounter, the front desk person was great. When we got to our room first thing was that the TV was broken. I called the front desk and asked them to fix or replace the television. They stated that they would send someone up right away. We are back home, and no one ever showed up to fix the TV. I ended up purchasing a TV for our use in this room (SMH).. Secondly, we asked for the room to be cleaned. When we got back to our room the bed was half made up, the floor was sandy (as we had been to the beach) the person took all of the dirty towels and left us with what were supposed to be new towels. But they were sloppily thrown on the shelf, and they had hair on them. We advised the front desk and asked for a new set of towels. Oh, and we asked for a broom, so that we could sweep the floor ourselves since the cleaning crew had gone home. This place was not worth the money and was an absolute dissapointment.

The lobby bathroom at this location was very dirty. The floor was gritty full of sad, toilet wss not clean. I had to change clothes to leave after a day of beach, and i would even let my dirty clothes touch the floor. It was really vad. Need regular check.

The picture of the property definitely had to be photo shopped because it looked run down. Tables outside were rusty and old. Elevator floor was stained. Carpet in the hall way was old and dirty. There was a public bathroom right off the area where breakfast was served. It wasn’t clean toilet was dirty. It was very disappointing because the pictures were so nice. From the beach there was a couple rooms above the fourth floor. Rotten wood, dirty looking the place needs updating new furniture and a clean public restroom.

We originally booked our stay at this property for 4 nights, but after staying there for our first night, decided to switch hotels. The pictures on Expedia (and Best Western's website) looked pleasant, safe, and appeared to suit our simple beach getaway. Upon checking in late that night, we were directed to a building down the road, separate from the main reception. The building was run down, appearing more like a motel than a hotel. We entered our room to find few light fixtures, many of which were inoperable, toilet paper rolls that had mostly been used, and dirty towels on our counter. It was extremely noisy in our room, sounding as though we were not in a room at all. We spent an hour in the room before deciding that we needed to speak to management regarding our options, as we felt unsafe in our room and very disappointed with the initial accommodation. At midnight a kind gentleman named Earl assisted with our concerns and switched our room for one that was available in the main building. We appreciated his assistance, though this room was only slightly better than the first. This room housed exposed wires, rusted fixtures, very few working lights, used toilet paper rolls, and random appliances in the area surrounding our room (an iron and ironing board stayed outside of the room for the two nights we stayed here while working on transferring). We wanted to have a standard hotel experience at this location, but were thoroughly disappointed. Exercise caution when booking.

This is an old and dirty place. We had a reservation for an ocean front room. We were put on the first floor and couldn’t see anything but an old dirty pool with people literally up against our patio door. There were old cigarettes on the patio. The grounds were old and dirty. We had a broken security lock on the door and heard people outside all night. We put a chair against the door for extra security. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. They did put us on the third floor the next day but still felt dirty, with dingy sheets and no water pressure. We could have stayed in a much better place for the money we spent. The pictures were deceiving.
