Great Place
We rented this room at last minute because the Resort our family was staying at was filthy. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was very clean and the food was hot. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling.

I informed the front desk staff that the bedding was dirty. Her immediate response was “yeah it’ll be that way because you didn’t request room service.” I said we just checked in today what do you mean? It’s all wrinkled, obviously slept in and there’s blonde curly hair all on the sheet. She said oh sorry one moment. She went to the back and got new sheets and tried to hand it to me. I said “so you want me to change the bedding of the dirty room that you gave me?” She said “I didn’t give you that room I just got here. I’m the only one here so I can’t leave the desk and go change it for you. Give me one moment” after a couple minutes she said the best I can do is change your room. I smiled in an attempt to lighten the mood and said that’s great, thanks. When I went back to her to get the new room key she didn’t even look at me. She rudely set the keys down on the counter and said “there”. I didn’t realize at first she was trying to give me the keys. She then slid them a bit closer to me without saying anything. I said thank you for your help and she said “mhm”.

Great Hotel!! Friendly staff! Budget Friendly!
The staff were friendly. We had forgotten our hairbrushes (both guests lol) and they were able to provide us combs. They gave us fresh towels daily upon request. The double queen room was comfortable - the bed was soft and heavenly. The food was good. The coffee bar was delicious! The room was clean and the a/c was blowing. The pool area was fun for relaxing. We found out when we got there that they are pet friendly (got to see lots of doggos). It was very close to everything and the beach was just a mile and half away. If you're on a budget (versus the expense of oceanfront hotels) this hotel was great!!!

Rooms and facility seemed clean, convenient location. Room service never cleaned rooms requested 3 days in a row and never came had to get new towls each day at front desk. Dogs were supposed to only be on first floor they had them on 3rd floor. And after first night whole floor smelled like Marijuana eveyday reported 4 of the 5 days with no change.

The location was good. Our hotel room was located in a good spot in the back so we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. Our feet turned black from the dirty floor so we asked them to clean it again first day. There was a fingernail on my bedsheet, a few stains on the sheets, the bathroom was also needing better cleaning and repairs. Moldy calking, the safety bar was rusty and moldy around the edges. The sink also had a lot of mold under the lip of the counter top. I’m a bit of a neat freak but even my husband who is not a neat freak was grossed out. The staff was friendly and willing to help when we asked for anything but the room definitely needs a good deep cleaning. The continental breakfast was alright. Appreciate that there was breakfast. Would like more bacon or meat options. Thank you.

This is a no frills hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was somewhat comfy but the ac wasn’t working well upstairs in the hallways or on the elevator. It was humid as heck! They had humidifiers going but some were leaking near the ice machine and I almost busted my butt trying to get ice. Please upgrade this hotel. It’s in desperate need of renovations.

The hotel was nice but my reservation was cancelled twice by Best Western. I found out that the rates were cheaper if you booked directly through the hotel instead of going through a third party. My friend paid $100 less for the same nights that I stayed. I will be cautious when booking through Orbitz in the future.
