They seem to be renovating some of the area. Didn't matter I was there for the beach with my dog and the scenery and location were AMAZING!

Nice beachfront stay.

It honestly wasn’t a bad stay. I enjoyed the location on the beachfront. I definitely had higher expectations because of the price I paid, but it wasn’t awful. It was peak season so price was to be expected. We ran into an issue with a tripped breaker for the kitchen appliances and it took a little effort to get ahold of someone in Maintenance. After that they quickly came to our rescue. The people were extremely helpful and pleasant. The little store across the street was a bit pricey so we avoided that. Oh the room was a bit damp feeling bc of the humidity I was told. That never really got any better, even with following managements suggestions. It was a bit uncomfortable at times feeling like everything was damp. I guess that’s to be expected during the hot months though. But all in all it was a good trip, and we had everything we needed during our stay. I did buy a cheap broom and dust pan to try and keep it swept up, that would be a nice addition to the rooms. Checking in and out was simple, basically no contact, which is cool with me. They were available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the hospitality.

Disgusting

The room was so nasty I didn’t stay there. It was dirty, bugs crawling on the kitchen counter and sink. Sofa was dirty and worn out I wouldn’t even sit on it. Room smelled bad. I didn’t even bring m luggage in for fear I would take critters with me. I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s that were much nicer and cleaner. They should invest back into their property. It felt unsafe. It was a waste of hard earned money. The only thing going for it was the ocean view.

Youre going to get exactly what you paid for here. The room was functional and as listed and mostly clean. There was a little mold on the ceiling and the balcony door did not want to slide well. The pool was clean, elevator worked, and building decent kept. I had no experience with staff as you check in and out on your phone. Theres no housekeeping during your stay but they do warn you about that ahead of time. Bring toilet paper and some towels and you're good. Will probably stay again.

We left it was so dirty ...mold...bad linens and felt unsafe with people right our window smoking. When we tried to complain we were directed to the store across the street where a tean age boy listened to the complaint and said...thats bad, thanks for telling me. Pictures were nothing like real life. Totally unacceptable.

Do not book!!!

There was mold on the lamp shade, and moisture on the ceiling. The air conditioner insulation wasn't installed good, so air was coming through the openings around the AC. There was not dining table to eat at. The door to the room was hard to open, and the outside entrance door wasn't closing, so anyone could walk in off the street. The room didn't have an iron or board, and I called for a iron that I never received. The bed was very uncomfortable. This was my first and last time staying there. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

Quiet area right on beach, walking distance to the boardwalk. It was clean. However, the building is rather outdated/rundown and in need of updates. No housekeeping unless you pay for a mid-stay refresh.
