Online pictures are deceiving rooms are nothing like they look online. The building is completely rundown fallen apart disgusting it smell of urine. Had to go out and get air fresheners so that the room didn’t continue to smell like mold and urine. The air conditioner had mold. There was no TV in the room. The panels on the wall were hanging off. The bed was beyond hard you could feel the springs. The pillows were hot as rocks shady people standing outside the door waiting to gain entrance into the building. customer service was unacceptable. No class went to check out. There was no one there had us waiting for over an hour to be able to check out no direct access to the beach was not able to use the balcony because the door was broken We will never book with Sea Mist properties again or recommend anyone else to. No parking whatsoever had to park blocks away from the hotel and lug our stuff to and from the hotel. Extremely unsatisfied zero stars.

Weird property. They had several different byildings, the checkin office was super hard to find, parkingb lot was blocked off. I didn't see a sign the entire time that says capital O, no internet the whole 4 nights we were there, elevator broken, there was a really scary fight that occured when i walked to the office to get towels and wash cloths that were not in the room when we arrived. The room itself was actually pretty nice and it was clean. You could see the ocean from the room, although set a ways back.

To be honest, the only thing that I like during my visit during my birthday, which was being there in Myrtle Beach. Things that I didn’t like was that it was unsafe, uncomfortable, and not pleasant to be it had broken shower nd water was not getting hot . It was dirty. We had no towel or accessories inside the room, we also had bed bugs. we switched rooms three times the last night was our final night. We wanted to do an extra day But we couldn’t so we moved to another hotel. We want to stay, but we felt as though we need to get a new hotel. Then, also as I may proceed on not having a room a microwave and also our refrigerator did not work. There were a lot of things that were just completely messed up that we will not be staying at this property again. So with all I being said thank you in advance and hope to hear from you soon.

I personally enjoyed staying here. The staff was SUPER friendly and were able to accommodate me and my family to provide us the best experience. Finding the current office was a bit confusing but everything else went smoothly. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything is walking distance and whenever something was needed they were able to provide quick and accurate information. The price left me in awe since it was so affordable and despite what others say this place is great, and to make it even better it was oceanfront!!

This place doesn’t even have a name out front for you to find it. We reserved an oceanfront room and they did not have one ready they put us in a side room where the tv, fridge and toilet was broken and when we asked the next morning if our room was ready they said no. I am trying to get Hotels.com to give me my money back because they sold something they did not Have!!!
