Highly satisfied with my stay
Everything was awesome! The front desk associate is very professional and nice even when someone rudely walked up and demand attention while he was assisting me. He was very calm while dealing with the irate customer over a simple fix. He apologized to me for the rude person. Very professional. The room attendant Mrs. Jackie was amazing, very sweet and professional. She's very polite and went out of her way to make sure our family was taken care of. We thank you so kindly Mrs. Jackie. The maintenance guy (forgot his name) the Notre Dame fan...was too outstanding! I don't have anything negative to say about this property. And yes! I would recommend to others and stay again. You guys ROCK!!

Had very loud people on both sides of us. We have been on many vacations, but this was by far loudest we have ever had to deal with. Starting at 10PM; the music beside in the room beside us blared loudly throughout the whole night. Children running nonstop and jumping off the beds. I have never had to call the front desk on anyone during a stay but my husband and I both called multiple times during this stay, but nothing helped. Then to get up the next morning and try to enjoy the sunrise on the balcony, only to listen to a lacy beside is cursing and talking about smoking crack. Also never saw when I was booking this room that the hotel washgoing through significant renovations. This place looked like a dump. I have stayed before but this will be the last; until significant improvements are made. Also VERY SLOW check in process

Excellent location..ocean front suites. Great breakfast available next door. Easy free parking. It's a tired building with tired furniture but it is scheduled for upgrades. Convenience makes up for it

This property has the best view, great location, however is dilapidated. I paid for two nights but only stay for 1….. I was literally scared to sleep in bed but was too tired after traveling 3.45 hours to complain late hours of the night. Please finish renovating before providing accommodations-it’s unfair to the consumer

Some of staff was nice.I told the lady on day shift the room had roaches and she said too late to do everything about it. About 10 pm the roaches and ants got some bad we call the front desk. The guy at desk move us right away to another room. In this room no remotes work with TVs.The room was nice.

Visited this resort for a relaxing 3 day trip with my Fiance. It was EVERYTHING but relaxing. The room STINK. Dirty, dingy, old carpet and furniture. The shower water was barely warm. There was construction being done on the floor of the room we were assigned. Noise started at 8 a.m. and last until 5. Alllll dayyy noise. Left the resort and booked elsewhere. I guess you get what you pay for.
