If amenities are closed for renovations, they won't tell you. You just findout. So if if the pools or arcade or breakfast are something that attracts you here, check first. Check-in is not an easy process when you expect juat to give your ID. There are documents and waivers to complete that could esislt have been online ahead of time. Also there are many buildings they could stick tou in, so don't expect to be in the main one by the beach ,you may have a hike.

Everything was over all great, except there were renovations going on so there was quite a mess everywhere, the game room was also closed, and the elevators were kinda scary to ride the would shake and creak something fierce and the gap in the door was over an inch large and you could see everything as it was moving

Property was very clean & nice. Rooms are renovated. Easy check in and check out process, had no parking issues & was offered an extra night for only 29.99$ . 10/10.

Didn't have Internet for a day and next day Internet was in and out, didn't get any work done. They was aware of bad service because one of the employees said they were working on internet for that room since 2pm but I checked in at around 6pm, one of the staff said they would come up and check it so we stayed up for a couple hours waiting but finally went to bed because they never showed up and I wonder why they still gave me that room. I got absolutely no work done. I understand the we're also renovating but they let them work early mornings making very loud noises with equipment and dropping appliances etc from above floors into trash bins waking US up with no warning to guest. This was my first stay here because I like to stay different places I never experienced and review them of course. I must say this stay wasn't one of my better stays.

It’s in a more quiet section of Myrtle. But the Jamaican building is just very old. It needs tons of updating. My room door wouldn’t shut unless you nearly body slammed it. Shower had no pressure because it would all come out of the tub spout even after pulling the lever for the water to be in the shower head. Random paint spots everywhere. Carpets look dirty in the hallways. There’s no covered parking unless you want to park, go down the elevator to the street, and walk to the other block to get to your room. I didn’t sleep at all because I could hear everything the people next to me were doing. Walls must be thin. It’s just old and needs revamping. The man who checked me in was very nice thought but I definitely wouldn’t pick this hotel again.

Awesome clean new rooms

Very nice place to stay. We stayed on room 1220 on 12th floor. Our room was oceanfront and brand new renovated. Its very nice and smelled like a new car. There was renovations in the big tower and was noisy. But the orginal side is complicated. Will return for sure.

If I know or have on the website that they are doing constitution I would never stay drive 6 hrs to relax and have conversation on the weekends 9am to 5 pm that’s crazy and the noise is worse this is something that they should let people know or don’t let anyone stay where is construction this supposed to be my kids bday weekend and make things worse and they ask me if I want my refund yes I do bc this turn to be. A worse vacation bday
