Escorts & MS13. A guy in the lazy river with my little kids had MS13 tattoo in conjunction with scary clown tattoos. Also person doing what appeared to be a photo shoot for an escort right by where kids were playing corn hole. Almost nude swimsuit spreading legs all the while “camera man” took pics. This place needs numerous security walking around. Not kid friendly with the club music playing so loud in the pool area I couldn’t even hear my kids talk. Booked this place cause I thought it was geared toward family and kids but seemed to be more of a party house for low life’s. Staff was nice though and room was cleaned good. Got a place with a kitchen but no dishwasher and sign saying housekeeping doesn’t do the dishes. So washed more dishes by hand than I have in 20 years and no where to put them to dry and no kitchen towels to dry them. Spend the money and stay somewhere else if you have kids and your planning a kid friendly trip.

The room was very small. The only staff that was helpful was the bellman. He was amazingly helpful and he had a great personalty.Most of the staff were rude an not helpful at all. The bathroom was so small it was dificult to get around, the shower water only had 1 setting (boiling hot). This was unbearable so showers were not taken, we used a cup and just the tub to wash off. They had construction going on in the room next door as well as other rooms around us, they started pounding the walls very early in the am. I do have to say that the rooms were very clean other than the mold that covered the curtains. There is not much wheelchair/handicap friendly in this hotel or this side of the beach. We later found out that North Myrtle beach is better for that. When I talked with the office about the water being fixed or moving to another room I was told l booked through a third party so another room is not available to me. That disappointed me the most.

The noise during the day was awful. Don’t know if they were doing renovations or what but it was bad. The elevators were not functioning properly and then only one would work. Spoke to a worker and she stated that one of them had been broke for over a week Our balcony door would not lock nor close all the way. We were o. The third floor so I wasn’t that worried about it.

The building is old and needs renovation. The reservation was for a king however was given a double. Thw room smelled like mold and had black mold spots on the curtains.
