We had an amazing Oceanfront Beach view room. The room was slightly dated. However, it was very clean. And, The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. We loved it and would definitely go back again.

Everything was good except the smell of our rooms they smelled like mold and mildew we had 2 rooms and they smelled the same. I did tell the front desk staff and they said they could move me but I didn't want them to move me to a different room and it be the same issue so I stay where I was.

The view of the ocean was blocked by trees around the children's pool. Did not use the pool. Check in staff were courteous. Room was clean but housekeeping only came if you notified them. Refrigerator was behind closet door as you went into the room. The door was spring loaded made awful sound when trying to open. Room layout was terrible regarding were the table and chair were sitting in regards to minimal outlets. Inadequate number of electrical outlets. Table lamp not working. I realize some of these comments relate to the structure of the building but need to think about how to arrange things.

The staff was wonderful and plenty of amenities to enjoy. However, our room was a disappointment. One burner on stove didn't work, lack of utensils for kitchen, dirty, oily feeling carpet....my feet were black and gooey feeling from walking barefoot on carpet, pillow filling was crumbled. Plus couldn't enjoy listening to ocean waves in evening because our room was directly above loud music each night with a live DJ. So loud that you could feel the vibration from the best of the music. We were on the 10th floor.
