I like the security of the building where you have to have keys to move about the building. What I did not like is that I stayed 6 nights and my sheets were not changed during my stay. I love the fact that if I don't want to leave the building for food, or entertainment I don't have to its available here

We went here for a New Year’s getaway with our family with two teenagers. The day started off excellently with very professional staff who were very helpful and pleasant. The room was great with an efficiency kitchen, clean and very comfortable. The hot tubs and pools were well kept and updated.

Nice property nice people.
Check in was easy. We came with a group of other families. They were able to accommodate us and put us all next to each other. The view was amazing and there was plenty of space for me and my two kiddos. Everyone got their own bed which is rare. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes that the others didn’t have but since it was just n over night stay it seemed like more of a hassle to have it changed. Myrtle beach was a ghost town which we loved. We didn’t have to be around a bunch of people. Overall it was a nice property for being in the older side near the ocean.

It was ok. My stay was not what I expected. My room was nice but kitchen was extremely small. No dishwasher, TV wasn’t the greatest, furniture was uncomfortable. No table to prepare food. Lots of towels and other essentials. Housekeeping was great.

Loved the view, beds were comfortable. The kitchen lacked basics for cooking with the oven. Dining options were extremely limited - just the grill in the bowling alley with very basic grill food like hot dogs and hamburgers. No restaurants in walking distance. The bathtub drain didn’t work, and it took an hour for the tub to drain. All the desk people and the store clerk were very friendly and welcoming.

Check in took quite long and the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. Checking in after 11pm really not the experience you look forward to. The room was clean and nice, we have a kitchenette which had everything you need. The gym closes at 11pm. The gym had great equipment to complete a good workout. Hand weights, universal system,and cardio machines. Unfortunately we were woken up early by construction right above our heads. The manager kindly apologized and asked them to stop although it has alrwady disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was delicious, the one thing is. They only accept credit card and the person who booked the rooms credit card must be present. We had a party of 7, 2 pwople from.our group trued to eat breakfast ahead of us and could not and eneded up going to ihop. They had cash and their own card to pay for breakfast and was not allowed. We didn't get to use rhe pool area but we did see it and it looked fun, hottub and pingpong, we also missed the bowlling offered. In the summer they have an outdoor small water park for the kids and lazy river, pool and hot tub. Just not the season for it. I would definitely return, this time I'd call ahead to make sure construction is complete.

The hotel was very nice, we enjoyed the indoor jacuzzis very much. The desk attendant upgraded our room to a beautiful full ocean view with a balcony, which was perfect for watching the sunset.
