Noisy. Two busy streets and the freeway close by. It seemed as if it were more of an apartment site than a hotel. You could tell people lived there, IE: charcoal grills around, people sitting on lawn chairs outside rooms, the smell of marijuana was prolific. The second night, all night, there was noise sounding like something being pumped all night, and the groundskeeper worked the next day. (Yes, groundskeeping has to be done.) The toilet in the room ran continuously. On a good note: lots of usb/c plugs and electrical outlets are available. The hotel is close to many restaurants and fast food restaurants. Sam’s Club and Walmart are about a mile down the road and a shopping mall is across from Walmart. I would not choose to stay again.

The property was nice, provided breakfast, and the staff was welcoming. However, our door got jammed almost every time we tried to get into our room; pretty sure the beds which are listed as queens are actually fulls; the main elevator is incredibly slow and doesn't always open when it's supposed to; and the guests during our stay we're incredibly loud on our floor (we stayed 3 nights and EVERY NIGHT people were running up and down the halls screaming at the top of their lungs - not sure if they were in drugs or just rude), not to mention the surrounding area with the obnoxious cars (though that's not on the hotel).

Don’t bother!

My room smelled when I walked in but I had an appointment and left the hotel. Upon returning a few hours later I went directly to the desk and informed the woman working. She said there was nothing she could do because I did not voice a complaint within the first half hour. I continued to complain and was told there were no similar rooms and there was nothing she could do. Upon returning to the room I noticed black mold on the walls! I called the desk and was told that a note was made and I could speak to the manager in the morning! I hope I don’t get sick. Don’t bother booking here.

This property is prbly the nicest in the area. From the time we walked in, we could tell it was well maintained and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, and bed comfortable. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton if your not willing to pay the price. This is a nice budget friendly hotel and i wd recommend it.

Very unsatisfactory booked by accident and they would. It give me a refund but they rented my room to another guest. Therefore they got paid twice for the room and kept my $300. I called and told them I double booked as soon as it went through and they still would not do anything. They have very bad business and will take your money

Terrible family vacay

Where do I start. When we first arrived check in was simple, the lady was kind and friendly. Once we got to the room the humidity was so high. I turned the ac down hoping that was the issue. Went to the pool where the hot tub (the only thing I was looking forward to after a 12 hour drive from Florida) wasn’t working. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in even for my small grand babies. After an hour at the pool we went back to room humidity no better sent for maintenance he said he fixed it. Next morning was no better. Had to change room. The new room door kept jamming so we had to fight it to get in. Then kids that were staying at the hotel kept messing with my car. Had it on video. The hotel did NOTHING. For the cost of this hotel at 244 per night without discounts makes the issues we had not worth the money. Also the shower door didn’t close all the way so water went all on the floor in both rooms we were in. Breakfast was subpar. Cold eggs and the waffle makers not working properly. Then upon checkout around 4am we came out to find the night crew person sleeping on the lobby couch. When dealing with these issues we were NEVER offered a solution. Or a discount anything for the issues we had. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I’ll pay the extra 30 dollars and stay on the beach.

Property has seen better days. Biggest issue is location. It really isn’t that close to anything - no restaurants or grocery stores Anything is at least a 10 minute drive away Room was perfectly adequate for what I needed and breakfast was good
