Overall our stay was good at this resort! The beds were comfortable, many amenities, great for families, & the resort looks beautiful when it’s lit up at night time. The only negatives I can think of is the QR code in the room to scan to get food delivered would not work, & we could not access Netflix on the TV due to the network. Other than those two minor things I can’t really think of any other negatives. We will for sure be back to the resort in the future!

We have really enjoyed ourselves on vacation. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The kids loved the water slides and kid area was even enjoyed by the baby’s. Room was plenty of room for our family. Staff kept up with our needs in the linen area.

Old and unkempt- resort has many areas that need much repair, very dingy. Very little staffing/housekeeping- had to beg for towels and paper goods daily, housekeeping never came in 5 days. One restaurant with mediocre food. Bars had 1 staff member each and often walked away; pool bar often did not have enough ingredients to serve. Water slides were mildew and dingy. Pool area does not have bathrooms; Only smelly, disgusting port-o-johns in the parking garage on the same level! Do not be sold by the waterpark, this place needs cleaning, updating and better management.

I didn’t like the fact that there was MOLD on my mattress upon entering the room, they refused to change me to another room, and only changed the mattress and the sheets instead of thoroughly cleaning the room. Hair was found on the shower wall and floor and mold on the ceiling. Adrian and housekeeping was so helpful, the only compensation I got was a $10 gift card to the arcade which their arcade is so high, so it was basically one game.I love that housekeeping came every day to change the trash and get fresh towels. Overall the place could be a little cleaner for future guest.

This property is overpriced for what it offers, From outside looks great, but Rooms would definitely need an update, hallways have a pee smelling, on top of that you need to pay daily parking. Room service was friendly though

The only thing that was somewhat enjoyable about this property were some of the amenities such as the pool, water slides, and lazy river. Our room was ocean view but yet we were right above the pool area and only had the view of the pool beneath us and palm trees located next to the pool area blocking our view of the ocean. The room was FILTHY with stained pillowcases as well as the bed covers. The microwave was dirty and rusted. After complaining they did drop off a trash bag with clean bedding for us to change and a brand new microwave. The 4 chairs in the room were dirty with all types of food crumbs in the cracks and crevices. We did request for a different room and were told that if we switched rooms, the room that we were currently in would be “down” for the whole night and instead were offered free arcade cards.

Very dirty, cockroaches everywhere, the worst money I ever spend on a hotel, if you have kids keep them far away from this hotel.
