The rooms were in very bad condition, they smelled of cigarette smoke, fixtures were either missing or broken. It was a struggle to get clean towels and wash cloths. We were there a week and sheets were never changed. Rust all over the base for the bed. Came back one night had no water in the shower at all and no hot water in the sink. Went to the desk and after checking 3 different rooms found one with hot water and we moved to it. We have stayed in La Quinta Inns before but never one that was in this condition of disrepair. I don't like giving bad reviews but felt compelled to inform visitors of the condition of this motel. I was surprised that it was a choice on Expedia.

We were met with racism & negative energy. The lady even ran off calling the police saying that she was scared after coming from behind the desk & getting in my face. I asked if she got in my face to do something. Crazy thing is that I am a super nice person who works in hotel reservations. She refuses to respond to Expedia's waiver request so that I can get my refund for 8 days that I was not able to stay at hotel. She canceled my reservation.
