The elevator broke with a small family and myself on it. The phone button in the elevator did not work. I pulled the doors open, cutting under my finger nail. I notified front desk staff. They called the elevator company but did not tell any of the guests that the elevator was out of order.
The breakfast was not stocked hardly at all
Our bathroom door is the room was broken and would not close.
Overall, for the price of close to 200 a night, we were very disappointed. The staff does not care and that is evident.
I don't know. The 200 per night was a rip off. I would like some of that back if anyone that can do this, can help.
This hotel was not cleaned well. The HVAC system didn’t work well!! My room was freezing, so turned up a little. By early am my room was like a swamp! Water actually all over the floor (condensation). Phones didn’t work and they didn’t answer phone at desk. When I said something they acted like this is normal.
I have stayed at these before when traveling with a pet and they have been very clean. This was horrible and even though non refundable there was no way I was going to sleep there. Bugs and garbage in stairwell. Blood and dirt spots on wall. Doors propped open with towels. This hotel needs shut down.
TV didnt work.....phone didnt work.....no hot water.....door was stuck....smelled of cigarrettes....dirty....room next door had 3 unattended dogs in it barking all night....fire marshal and health dept are...will....be notified.
Nothing was unique about the hotel, the hotel is molded and I had to switch rooms 4 times before finding a decent room. there were holes in the floors and water was coming out of it you can see there was before because water stains were trickling down the walls and mold on the accessories around the room the walls were dirty and badly patched, the walls were also spot painted with different color paint that didn’t match the previous paint that was already
there, Even the ceiling was dirty my man was so disgusted he refused to come in and sleep so he slept in the car. I do not recommend anyone to stay here the staff was pretty nice tho.

This should be a $50 a night hotel. Motel really!!
Honestly, if you're with Family/kids. Spend the extra money and book a different hotel. You might be better off sleeping in the car. Hotel looks decent on the outside but the rooms are terrible. We were on the 1st floor, walked in the room to dirty floors and bugs in the room. We also had to ask for towels, because they didn't put any face towels in the bathroom. BATHROOM WAS HORRIBLE!!! WOW!! You know its bad when you have to lay down towels on the floor and bath tub just to be able to use it. This is what happens when you try to save a little money. This is what you get. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I couldn't upload all my pictures because most of them exceeded the MB size limt. I guess they dont want you to show clear pictures.
