By far some of the nicest and best service I've received at a hotel in a long time! Everyone I talked to there was so friendly, professional, helpful, and nice...from the man in the parking lot that greeted us when we drove up and left today, to the workers at the desk!! Room was clean and roomy. Felt safe there too. You do have to walk across the street to parking garage, but there wasn't any issues doing that, easy to access. Was very happy and pleased to stay at Dunes Village. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a couple stay.. we had an amazing time looking in balcony watching the waves hearing the water.. we had an amazing time ty for your kindness and clean rooms .. the sunrise and sunset are our favorite times to watch together. Finding new things to do together..

We flew to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my son in law’s birthday. We really enjoyed our stay at Dunes Village Resort. We loved our oceanfront view with balcony and that it offers an indoor water park, pool, hot tub and tiki bar. We also liked how conveniently located it is to Broadway at the Beach and other restaurants.

Definitely needs upgrades

The girl who checked me in i cannot remember her name unfortunately, but she was great!! But....the door to our room wad very old chipped paint dirty i didn't even want to touch it. The suite was nice, chipped paint on the bathroom door and kind of dirty but we wipe everything down ourselves before we unpack. The carpet on the patio old and ripped up, definitely not a good look! We found 2 roaches one in bathroom and one in kitchen disgusting!! I immediately took my bags to the car, im not with that at all, but whos going to change rooms if thy offered for a 2 night stay. The towels looked old and dingy grey, thy can really use some bleach. The toilet ran the whole time, and it was loud but we are not really the type to complain and it was only 2 days so we just lived with it didn't even call. The view from the patio was great, seeing the beach gowers from sunup was really nice. The several different pools, and hot tubs were great!! I loved the lazy river, the water was so warm. Overall good stay i just cant do roaches and i dont like old dirty looking stuff.

Friendly staff. Towels changed every day. Pillows and bed are a bit hard but ok. Would have liked smart tv. would have liked to know about which kind of coffee machine in the room. Was an old fashioned coffee drip maker. Had to buy coffee filters.

The property has a great location and is safe. Some of the common areas are dated, especially common flooring (carpeting outside of rooms). Room itself was good but kitchen equipment was very old and the bathrooms were dated especially bathtub and tile. The room was clean though.
