Property is dated. Needs a serious upgrade. My family and I have been going to this property since the early 2000's and nothing has changed. No clean towels at the pool. Had to wait 24 hours for clean wash clothes. Resort has potential but needs new management or new owners.

We loved this place! The water park and pools were a major hit, however they did have only one working water slide this week. Besides that it was a great experience. Do not waste your money on the breakfast….

Overall it was a good stay. We did not utilize the indoor water parks at all so i cannot comment on those. Room was clean, and ac worked excellent in the room. The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect for going to any of the local attractions. I have no real complaints.

This is a very relaxing, family friendly resort. Quiet at night, big and clean room. The private beach entrance was very convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking garage was a bonus. We even extended our stay another day. The only downside was the shower drainage. Recommended by ChatGPT.

We had a wonderful stay. My wife and I brought 3 of our grandsons to Myrtle Beach and we were highly satisfied with this resort. Originally it was for 1 night but I booked another night because my wife loved our room. We had plenty of space and the representative allowed us to stay in the same room. We will definitely be back to stay in this resort. It had a beautiful ocean view off of the balcony. We stayed in our 1st Oceanfront Resort and we were not disappointed. Thanks for everything.

I was very skeptical on booking here because of the other reviews. But wow Was I wrong! As soon as I was in to get pre registered the ladies at the desk we nothing short of polite and a warm greeting. Our room was ready on time and the view was just amazing! The pools and water slides were open the entire time we were there except for a very short time when they were cleaning it (which was appreciated) the kids loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and back to the pool. We will definitely be booking here again next time we decide to come back!
