I’ve stayed at this property several times over the years because with kids the water park is nice. This time our room had roaches in it, at night they come out to play (YUCK) The parking is horrible. The parking garage is across the street & down a block. They also don’t enforce the parking rules for the areas reserved for tall vehicles so if you have a tall vehicle good luck all the parking will be full of small cars from people who want to park on the bottom floor. So overall the management of this property has declined over time. This used to be a 5 star resort and now it’s a 3 at best.

Nice spacious clean room! Very family oriented. It felt good to see lots of African Americans and West Indian working there. Because usually resorts it’s not and for me as a black woken czn feel uncomfortable. Nothing racist just personally. Thank you only complaint is parking and the fact I received $30 ticket for the employee mistakes on showing me where to park safely

This is a joke !

The beach was clean the rooms where way to high up . The check in lady was nasty . Look at me like I was stupid. Pool had green stuff on the water . The bartender hated his job ! Kids were made to get off the pool .

The location is good. The rooms are dated but for the cost it is acceptable. It has a great view and access to the beach. I was not comfortable letting my kids in the pool in the afternoon, I don’t think this is an issue with the hotel but with the guests because in the morning the water was crystal clear

Resort provided a place for us to lay our head while on vacation. Front desk and restaurant staff we encountered were nice. While spending the day on the beach, we came back to our room to find our room door open. When I called to report it, they did determine it was housekeeping who entered our room, left the door open, but completed no housekeeping whatsoever. In fact, over the course of our stay, no housekeeping was performed. No trash was emptied, etc. When I asked about towels being restocked, I was told we could get them from the front desk at anytime but someone did immediately bring us some up after my call. Thankfully nothing was missing from our room. On the last day, a few hour before checkout, housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking. Although she was very apologetic, I would have expected a knock considering it was nowhere near checkout time. We didn’t use the resort amenities (pool, etc.) but these areas seemed fine and if you have kids, it seems they would enjoy the available activities. Again, sufficient for our stay but the open room door incident would most likely deter me from staying again.

It is a nice property. The only complaint is too many little kids running around. This place would have been perfect for me when our kids were little, but now that we're older, we like a more quiet place. We're still going back though. Maybe mid week would be better to use the pools and slides. Yes, I'm old, but still like that stuff. 😁
