My stay was nice overall, but unfortunately it was disrupted when I was abruptly woken up at 8 AM by the fire alarm. I had to rush out of my room, only to find out it was a false alarm caused by someone pulling it. When I returned to the room, the alarm inside was still going off and staff were unable to turn it off. I was depending on that sleep because I had an 8-hour drive ahead of me. Due to the ongoing noise and the stress, I had to leave early and ended up driving with a major headache. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly impacted my stay and travel experience

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful.Answered all of our questions very helpful.Their was one lady at the breakfast buffet that was rude to my husband he wanted to use a paper coffee cup to get orange juice she told him he couldn’t use that cup so he placed it on the counter she picked it up and walked around and put it on the other coffee cups my husband had a cold.We stayed seven nights and she was the only rude person we had a problem with because of her actions we couldn’t give five stars across the board. Thank you for listening.

This hotel wasn’t horrible but it could have been better. The front doors get stuck as you walk into the lobby. The hot tub water was literally brown and the pool water was cloudy. I booked this hotel for the amenities but we weren’t able to use them. Our bathroom sink had a putrid smell coming from it. So bad that we couldn’t stand to brush our teeth. Luckily we only had to endure for one night. The room was clean. The breakfast was decent but the lady cleaning the bar was extremely rude. You could tell she hated her job. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly though!

Shower door wouldn't close, mattress squeaked with any movement, no microwave, ceiling peeling in Bathroom, room smell old. Curtain dirty unmatched. For the price i wont book it again
