We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The facility was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying again!

I never seen a Marriott branded hotel who says to buy water, easy words to describe this hotel. Starting with directions, amenities and what not, all are bad but still you pay premium fee.

The customer service was wonderful. The lady at the from desk from Detroit was amazing and she accommodated us soo much. The hotel was dated but her experience and service was top tier!!

Things could have been better

Well there was hair in the sink, toilet and tv stand. Then the next day the towels had hair on it. Then one of the hand towels and hair tangled up on it this was the third day. Then there was dogs barking between 3 and 4 o’clock in the morning which woke me up out my sleep. Then the day I was leaving the fire alarm went off after 7 in the morning and then again after 9:30. I know check out time was at 11am but that was annoying and no one apologized for what happened. First time there but that experience will not have me back. Staff was excellent.

Our first impression was "what a great hotel". After being in our room for nine days things changed. Firstly, the door to our room was impossible to shut and to open. My wife found it impossible to open after we had left and returned to our room. It was reported to maintenance, but he said that the part had been ordered and didn't really know when the part might arrive. Secondly the accounting for our room charges were definitely questionable, not only from Fairfield but from Hotels.com. I will NEVER give my credit card number to a hotel it will be cash from now on. Apparently, a guaranteed hotel reservation at an agreed to price meant nothing. Room service also needed improved. In nine days, we had our room serviced once and that at our request. In our opinion Fairfield is poorly managed and in dire need of some major renovations.
