It was comfortable beach right down stairs and pool however the parking area was small and the lower area scraped the hell out of our car was very dangerous to drive over even going really slow and at an angle I would park in the additional parking and walk across the street to avoid damage to vehicle

A hot mess
My wife and I went here for a quick getaway and as soon as we pulled up the hotel had stragglers all around it, we walked in through the 1st level doors and the hotel smelled just like urine, the ceiling was falling down, the elevators sounded like it was about to collapse, when we went to check in, the receptionist had a nasty attitude, we went upstairs to check the room out, once we got off the elevator, when we stepped off the it was like the hood, trash was running over in the garbage, the area looked old and not to mention the rooms, as soon as you open the door it smelled so old, the couch smelled like some one had peed on it, the bathroom floor had mold/rust around the shower, and I went out on the balcony two men were outside on the beach looking at him talking derogatory words towards me, as soon as we checked in we checked out, this was one of the worst hotels I seen, they had people living out of the hotel, homeless people outside around the hotel. The details and the reviews on this hotel were deceiving, if you like 4-5 stars hotel definitely skip by this one you will be disappointed.

Do not stay here! Although this property is in a great location right on the beach it is not worth staying here. We checked in Wednesday August 7th and we only stayed a few hours due to all of the issues we found. The main issues we found are listed below. I would highly suggest you take your money elsewhere until they do some much needed renovations at least. - Half inch gap around the outside of the AC unit in the wall, allowing hot humid air from outside into the room, as well as bugs. - Due to the humidity in the room not being able to be controlled because of the gap in the wall. It caused a huge puddle of water to accumulate on the ceiling above the bed closest to the balcony. - The puddle dripped on the bed making the bed wet, you could also tell it wasn't the first time this has happened as the paint was bubbled where the puddle was dropping from. - Walls covered in dirt and marks. - Mold in bathroom along floor tiles on wall - No battery in Smoke Detector in room. Not hard-wired either. - Neighbors found a cockroach - Different neighbors AC didn't work at all. - Lady at front desk who checked us in was ignorant. Acted as if she had a million things going on but we were patiently waiting and not in a rush. Things were just off from the start. She didnt even give us any info about the hotel or location as she was on the phone pretty much the entire time. It is safe to way we will never being returning here.

Good stay
The room was clean spacious and very adequate for our stay. It is not the nicest hotel ever, but definitely not the worst. Room was clean and roomy enough for 5 people to feel like they had their own space. The biggest complaint I had was how tight the parking is, but that is all of Myrtle Beach

NOT LIKE THE PICTURES
NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE, THE ELERVATORS TOOK FOREVER, THE BATHROOM BY THE BAR IS NOT CLEAN AND BROKEN CABINETS IN THERE, KIDS POOL VERY DIRTY. WE HAD OCEAN VIEW AND THE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY, HARD TO OPEN SLIDING DOOR, ICE MACHINES ALL DONT WORK EXCEPT MAIN FLOOR ONE, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO SCOOP ICE UP WITH SO EVERYONE IS GRABBING WITH DIRTY HANDS.PARKING WAS FULL I FEEL SOME PEOPLE PARK AND NOT FROM HOTEL THEN GO TO BEACH AND TAKE OUR SPOTS. I WOULD LIKE A LITTLE REFUND.

We loved everything about this hotel! We wanted an ocean view and it was spectacular. The staff were very professional. We liked how the beach was an easy walk right behind the pool. There were some shopping and food places close by. We highly recommend this hotel. We will book again for the future!

This property is not as advertised. There were not 3 pools and classifying this property as a resort is a stretch. Room could use a deep clean. Front desk person at checkout was rude. This is a family place and the amount of pot smoking in and around the pool was astounding. This property is not for children.

They didn’t have a ramp for wagons. The housekeepers wasn’t friendly. We were there for a week they didn’t change the sheets I had to request it. When checking in at 4:00 only one person at the desk. The line was so long. They had only 2 elevators there. The gym open at 8:00 I know people on vacation but sometimes it nice to workout at 6:00. When going to the beach early in the morning you have to go around because the pool area wasn’t open earlier.

There were 3 double beds in the room which was fine for 6 of us to have a place to sleep. The first day getting into the room, the night latch on the door was somehow broken and kept us locked out for about 20 minutes while we waited for the maintenance personnel to show up. One of the people in my group was able to get the door open without them though, so maintenance never showed up to repair the door. The elevator is extremely slow. There is only one outdoor pool. The bathrooms by the pool were filthy. While it worked this time, will not be spending anymore money at this resort.
