Property was so bad. Rooms were ok but no swimming pool and hot tub was no hot water. Not a good hotel with family.

Overall, we like the stay but the property was dated. It had a little bit of a smell, and therefore probably wasn’t as clean and you couldn’t really communicate with the staff because they were not English speaking.

The rooms and grounds didn’t match up to the pictures online. The room walls were dirty. Our room smelt terrible. Three of us stayed in the same room and we were all grossed out by the room condition. The tv didn’t work. We didn’t mind but it was another let down had someone wanted to watch something. There was a pool closed off and empty. This was out of their control but the beach smelt like poop. Just an fyi to anyone coming soon

A week away from the cold

The staff working reception were all excellent. We lost power our first night and they accommodated us with another room. The hotel itself is ok. The walls are paper thin which makes it very noisy. Our bed was very hard and not very comfortable and although the ac worked it had 2 settings. Freezing and hot. The nice outdoor pool was down for cleaning which was disappointing. Overall it was good enough for what we paid and we had a beautiful view of the ocean.

It was great! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they were power washing the parking garage the whole time we were there and it was very loud and they started very early!
