Only one receptionist(Janna) was very professional. Others were yelling and didn’t know what the customer needed and didn’t want to help. Looks ok, but kitchen stuffs had to clean to use. Draper and faucet was broken. Parking garage is not safe and dirty. Very noisy during the evening. Not recommended.

Hilton's side was fine. Just don't go to the anderson side.It is two hotels in one. Hilton's side was very nice and upgraded. Anderson side would be a twenty year old college student having fun at the beach weekend decor. Not up graded at all. Very disappointed with the Anderson side.

The check in process was very inefficient and long. My bathroom had brown dirt on the floor, one of the towels was dirty, there was dust and dirt on the bedroom floor with old Cheerios by the table. The utensils were packed away dirty. A cup had coffee marks still on it in the cupboard. Not what you expect from a Hilton

Amazing stay

This was a very fine place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Quiet. Staff was exceptional. The complimentary valet and bell hop were worth the stay alone. We did not use the pool or the c and b bar, but I'm sure they were excellent. Only thing slightly bad was nobody refilled the shower gel or shampoo, after asking twice. Beautiful views of the beach. Close to the action but far enough to be quiet
