The property was very clean.... only thing that was disappointing was spa os at another property it would have been nice to know that. Also staff at wet whistle they were great but..... they needed more staff 💯 waited a long time for drinks they needed more bartenders for sure the wait time to get a drink was too long.

I did not expect a Hilton to fall short on the room furnishings, amenities, cleanliness, decor, etc. The lobby look Ok. (a bit dated, but Ok) but the rooms? I felt I was at a motel 6, not a $300/night 4star resort as it was sold to me. I was also not informed that this is a timeshare. I heard people angry and complaining about the presentations they had to endure. If this review means anything to you, I would expect some type of refund to may account. Thank you.

Lovely stay

It was amazing. The ocean view was lovely and all the accommodations were fantastic. I loved the jacuzzi and bar at the pool. I recommend this resort for a couple who wants to enjoy themselves.

My room was not as clean as it could have been. The mirrors in the bathroom and sliding doors were dirty. Two of our pillowcases were stained. There was a spiderweb WITH spiders in the corner and the air was very loud
