Luxurious stay
The stay was really good. I went with my family and my kids enjoyed the outdoor pool a lot. The lobby and the whole villa was decorated so beautifully so we didn't felt like going out. Staffs were very very supportive and we had a very good communication with staffs. I only wish if we were given the sea facing villa when we requested as most of the sea facing villas were empty during our whole stay period but that does not discount the fun and enjoy we had at the villa.

Our experience was amazing. We had an amazing team get us started at the door with James and it continues till we left. The only hiccup we encountered was we tried to get a coffee at the coffee shop about 6-7 mins before closing and the young lady wouldn't make it for us. She was closing @9. We understood, we just wanted a warm cup after walking in the cool winds of the beach. We also had a $115 charge for use of something for our room and wasn't sure what got so we used NOTHING IN THE ROOM. Except a towel and Toilet paper. Felt a little out classed, but the room and bed was clean and accommodating..

I was not fond of the check in process as a Platinum Elite IHG member and an RCI/Vacation Club Owner. I was very surprised as a new hotel, I was expecting more, but very underwhelming. I don’t think I will be rebooking on my own.

The property was very nice. I would not recommend it for a family vacation. Our teenager did not have much to do and nothing close with in walking distance for them to enjoy time away from us. Everything was card only and when you charge your room there is a crazy holding fee that they charge every time you charge your room, yes you get it back but it is something that should be disclosed during the time of check-in! The place is lovely. I would recommend this place for grownups or if you are visiting family. If you have older pre-teens or teenagers I would not recommend.
