DISAPPOINTED

First room smelled like urine.crazy criminal roaming hallway had to be arrested. Turned key off mid stay had to get new one. Charged my credit 2 times for 1 night and 2 times for incidentals. Waiting for charges to come off credit card. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I Have stayed here many times seems to be going down hill recently.

The entrance may look a bit sketchy but once you get into your room... you will be exceptionally pleased. Very clean well. Maintained. Showers are nice clean hit water jets. I will be staying here again! I was so pleased!

The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our AC leaked a ton of water due to it overworking and they put us in a new room immediately. Loved the marina behind had beautiful views. Area felt safe and quiet. Restaurant next door. Would stay here again. 10 minutes from shark wake park which is why we stayed.

The Harbor view was relaxing at this Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the first three days there was great, but last few they served less options. Would stay there again if in the area. Cutest women’s clothing store across the parking lot.👍

Bed needs new mattress. Worst sleep I’ve had at this hotel since it was built 6 years ago. Smokers are allowed to stand immediately outside exterior doors. Non smokers are forced to walk thru clouds of smoke at all times of day and night. Move smokers farther away. Not pleasant. If you are going to have coffee offered during the day for patrons, you have to refresh or heat up occasionally. Drop the appearance of coffee if it isn’t bussed. This was one of our Myrtle beach favorites. No more. It’s lost its charm. $200 for this place is way overpriced.

We typically wipe down the areas in the room with Clorox wipes to kill any germs. The white wipes were black after wiping the room down. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.
