The room was clean and the front desk and housekeeping staff were great but there were serious maintenance issues. The pools and hot tub were green and the fan in the bedroom was literally falling out of the ceiling. The maintenance man came up and said they would replace it but they never came back

The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the hotel. The hot tubs were amazing. Loved the location of the hotel which was within walking distance to many shops/restaurants. The beach was right out the door. I would stay here again.

The room was clean but the hallways had a weird smell on the 7th floor and it looked a little sketchy we stayed in the building with the mama Mia’s resteraunt in it we seen 2 Roaches on the first floor

Pros: on the cheaper side of pricing Indoor and outdoor pools for kids Ocean front No bugs Cons: Older needs renovated bad Was not super clean- white socks were dirty after walking around in room Bed was very uncomfortable Overall it was an okay stay but wouldn't stay again

It was advertised as a two bedroom two bathroom. It was not two bedrooms. It was one big room with a divider in it and there was not two bathrooms so we booked a two bedroom two bathroom. We got a one bedroom with a divider and one bathroom it was very Janky. I would not recommend any of my friends to stay there nor will I ever stay there again. The floors were all slippery. It was like it was soap on there so when you walked down there, it was slick.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It’s our first time in Myrtle Beach. The hotel is walking distance from everything. You may need to uber to go to broadway at the boardwalk which is ten minutes away. There’s plenty of parking if you have a vehicle or you can rent a golf cart. The staff at hotel were beyond friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again !

Ask for what you need

The reception staff didnt give us the necessary itens needed (parking map or bands for the pool) until we had to go back and ask for them. Make sure you park jn the designated areas or you WILL get towed. However the housekeeping staff was very friendly and very attentive.
