Everything went real good. The guy at the desk Thursday and Friday was so helpful with my girl friend's questions and requests. She's funny and means well. Heck, she even left a tip for the cleaning crew. Also, make Sure to have a Waffle. Charlie Waffles 2-1/2. Delicious. I'm getting a maker for home. We will see you again!

Check in was horrible, staff was unfriendly. First room AC was not working. Mattresses in first and second room were in poor shape. Breakfast was inedible. I will never stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times before but this time they had just under went a new management or ownership change. So the new management/owners probably have changed a few things that will have to get use to. For example, before you could check in a few minutes earlier no problem. Now check in is a hard 3pm no exceptions. If you can, explore other motels in the area.

When I arrived at 2pm they told me I was an hour early and it would be $25 to check in early. Lobby was empty. Check in is at 3 pm petty and greedy of the owner to instate this BS rule. Refused to pay and returned at 3 to a packed lobby of unhappy guests and a bogged down front desk that 60 min before was sitting on their hands. Not a good look. Won't be back. It was $40 to check in earlier than 1 hour before.

Dirty dirty room

I had plans to be at Myrtle Beach for 2 day, the Man at check in desk was pleasant to work with. Only have one ice machine on main floor. Only 1 of the 2 elevator worked. My room was absolutely filthy. I was exhausted so I found one of my beds was not slept in so I used it. The bathroom was terrible. The morning came and I went to front desk to complain and request a refund. Did not get a refund. I didn't stay another day.

The toilet had feces on it when I lifted the toilet seat. The room never got cool. The bed was sunk in the middle and it slept horrible. There was a bulb missing from the night stand light
