This is a decent place to stay if you're at Myrtle Beach for a few days. It is conveniently very close to everything, beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, etc. The hotel it's self isn't as modern as others, it needs a bit of a decor touch up and the elevators can be more clean and kept better. It does have free breakfast and free wifi. If you plan on being out and about really only needing a place to sleep and shower, then this is a cool place to stay.

It was wonderful for us to stay here for our honeymoon! It was comfortable, and very clean. The shower was amazing although it took 20 minutes to warm up every time. Would recommend it for anyone!

Hotel experience was pretty good check in was very easy and the front desk was very helpful with information about how to access the beach and restaurants suggestions and the room was very clean no complaints but the only few complaints I have are the rooms have hollow walls you can hear your neighbor sneeze and that they are double door rooms which if you have unlock the neighbor can access which I do not like at all

Average hotel lacking basic services

The hotel was okay. It was in a great location and offered a gym and swimming pool. However, there was an issue with the linens every day. There were no towels or washcloths, so we had to wait for the laundry service to get them, which was not timely. Also, the room was never cleaned. We had to take out trash and linens ourselves. We asked the housekeeper about cleaning since and were told it was too late in the day.

I would say the only thing that we liked was the front desk staff as they were very professional and the night manager was very helpful. Everything else from the room downgrade without the discount on the bill, (we paid for King rooms and ended up being given double bed rooms) Our rooms had NOT been cleaned, the towels in the bathrooms were used, there was food debris on the floors, there was what looked like blood stains on one of the room beds' blanket and the beds looked like they were slept in. The Room 304 bathroom electric plug was broken and had to be repaired by maintenance so it could be used. We only tried the included breakfast once. The eggs were cold and the sausage had a film of slime on it so we both took a bite of each and then left the hotel to find something edible. Would I recommend the hotel? For the front desk staff? Yes. For everything else? No. But, if you don't care about creature comforts and are just looking for a safe place to lay your head for the night, then go ahead and stay.

The property was okay overall, peaceful area, nice staff but the cleanliness of the linens needs improvement. There were long hairs on the towels and in the bed, which was really unpleasant.

The staff at this property are really nice and pleasant. The room smell was not up to standard due to people bringing pets. I'm sure it would be better served to remove the carpets/replace the couch. It was an extremely busy weekend with bike week so we couldn't move rooms.
